All About Liposuction

  • Body Areas

See all of the body areas indicated above where Dr. Ishee performs liposuction.

  • Skin-Tightening After Liposuction

A major patient concern following liposuction is loose skin. Dr. Ishee will determine if treatment with a skin-tightening device called Renuvion is needed to tighten the skin after liposuction. The decision to use this device is based on the areas of the body undergoing liposuction and other possible procedures being performed during the surgery.

  • High Definition Liposuction

Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy Resonance (VASER) liposuction. This is a type of ultrasound technology used in conjunction with liposuction to break down fat cells. It can help create high definition results (sculpting, six-pack abs, etc.).

  • "Twilight" Liposuction

Performed safely under a combination of local anesthesia, tumescent anesthesia, and oral sedation without putting the patient to sleep or placing a breathing tube (No general anestheisa, No intubation, No endotracheal tube, No ventilator).
